Rick Gibson is an Adoption Supervisor at Children's Home Society
& Family Services where he has provided adoptive family preparation and
support since 1999. He earned his Masters of Social Work from the
University of Minnesota in 2000 and currently serves on the Board of
Directors of the Joint Council on International Children's Services.
