Pam Baker, MS, LISW, LMFT is the Social Services Supervisor at Bethany Christian
Services of MN. Pam has worked in the field of adoption since 1985. She and
her husband adopted two daughters from South Korea. Being a member of the
adoption triad has given Pam a personal insight and appreciation that she
brings into her work. The adoption journey never ends, but must be lived!
