Who can bid?
Bidding is open to everyone including Missing GRACE Organization members and volunteers as well as all interested conference attendees.

What are the rules?
Each auction item will be assigned a minimum opening bid. Traditionally this starts at 50% of given value dollar amount.
Items offered for bid in the Silent Auction by donating companies are the items that will be given or shipped to the winning bidder. In the case of certificates for a service, the certificate is the award and the bidder must redeem each to receive the service directly from the donating company. Bidders and/or donating companies may not request that items be replaced or exchanged after bidding is completed.
Your bid constitutes a contract to purchase the item on which it was placed. All winning bids are final. Please read all product specifications and limitations carefully prior to making a bid. No refunds will be issued and winning bidders are expected to make payment on their bid following notification of winning the bid Sunday, April 24th at 5:00pm along with receipt of redeemed auction item issued by The Missing GRACE Organization.
The Missing GRACE Organization will make every attempt to accurately represent the items available for bid. Those who are not present to pay for and receive their awarded items will be shipped the items once payment is received. If items are damaged in the process of shipping to the winning bidder, he/she should contact The Missing GRACE Organization who will assist in resolving the issue with the donating company.
The Missing GRACE Organization reserves the right to remove items from the Silent Auction without notice.

How do I pay?
On-site payment is preferred with awarded items redeemed at the same time as payment received. Payments must be made out to The Missing GRACE Organization. For items not claimed and paid for at the conference, notification will be sent to winning bidders after the conference with payment due within 30 days of receipt. Once payment has been received, an acknowledgement will be sent to the winning bidder and notification will be sent to the donating company for release of the item.
Bidders failing to follow through on a winning bid in the Silent Auction after having received notification will be contacted by The Missing GRACE Organization to schedule payment for items purchased. If bidders continue to fail to complete the transaction, bidding privileges for all future online and on-site auction programs will be revoked. The Missing GRACE Organization will notify bidders whose privileges have been revoked in writing. When a winning bidder fails to make payment and bidding privileges are revoked, the bidder with the next highest bid amount will be contacted by The Organization to purchase the donated product.

Join in the bidding to help benefit the Missing GRACE Organization. The Missing GRACE Organization served over 500 families in 2004, and this was made possible thanks to the generous support of our donors, sponsors, partners, and the successful silent auction at our 2004 GRACE Conference last year. Thank you for your support in 2005. May your generosity be returned to you two-fold this coming year.
